Return Policy for The Well Off Clothing Brand

Returns

We accept returns on all items within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Must be in its original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Must be purchased directly from our website or an authorised retailer.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear, swimwear, or items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Customised or personalised items

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our Customer Service team at admin@wellofflondon.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorisation: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Return Shipping: Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
  4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll inspect them for eligibility. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. This may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [admin@wellofflondon.com] or within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
